How to know your ring size
Method 1: Measure a ring you already own
Measure the inside of the ring to the nearest size.
The measurements shown refer to the inside diameter.
If the find falls between 2 sizes, order the larger size.
Method 2: Measure your finger
Use a tape measure and wrap it around the bottom of the finger you want to wear the ring on. Please be careful not to wrap too tight, then mark the overlap of the lines or strips.
Tips💡
Finger size will change with time and weather, for more accurate results:
- Measure your fingers at night when your fingers are warm, as fingers will be smaller in the morning and when it's cold.
- Measure the finger size 3 to 4 times to avoid misreading
- Do not measure the ring size with elastic materials (e.g. elastic band), which will make the measurement result inaccurate.
RESIZING
Ring sizing is free of charge for your Neve ring the first month of your purchase, but please be aware that most but not all of our rings are resizable due to design and material limitations (e.g. delicacy of the ring or the natural stone's tolerance to heat during the production process). Our stone and jewelry experts are available to help with sizing or other jewellery enquiry via Whatsapp / email.

Bracelet / Anklet
Bracelet chain length at 18cm with a small jump ring at 16cm & 17cm for customers to adjust the size.
Anklet chain length at 23cm with a small jump ring at 20cm & 21.5cm for customers to adjust the size.
You can customize your chain length when placing an order. We can provide a jump ring at a certain length if you wish to have the piece fits tighter, or lengthen the chain. Please be aware that fees apply if you wish to extend the lengths beyond our standard sizes.
Necklace
Necklace chain length at 18 inches with a small jump ring at 16 inches for customers to adjust the length.
Chocker Necklace chain length at 16 inches with 2 inches long jump rings for customers to adjust the size.
